In 2012, IFAI inaugurated a new tradition: the ShowStoppers awards. We want to recognize the best of the best new products from our exhibitors: the newest, the coolest; the most pragmatic and the most innovative; the most effective and the most efficient; the most economical and the most environmentally sound.

This year, all IFAI Specialty Fabrics Expo and the Advanced Textiles Conference & Trade Show exhibitors are eligible to enter their new products into the competition. There is no entry fee. If you’re an exhibitor, you’re eligible—and here’s your chance!

Entries will be publicized in the September Show Preview issue of Specialty Fabrics Review magazine and online. Submitted samples will also be displayed in a special ShowStoppers booth on the show floor.

After attendees have had a chance to look through the entries on Oct. 23, we’ll ask everyone to vote for their favorites—and help us recognize this year’s winners (two winners in each product category). Awards will be announced Oct. 24 and distributed at the winners' booths. Winning ShowStoppers will be published online and in the December issue of the Review, as well as being displayed at the booth.
